Autumn Leaves

This is the view outside our living room window right now:

The red maple trees turn orange in the fall.

I'm leaving early Tuesday morning for two weeks in upstate New York. Heading home to see family and friends, and to shop for some clothes. I'll be trying to post some travel photos and stories from the road, so keep checking in if you'd like.

Soon all these leaves will be on the ground.

Ken and Callie are staying home to guard the house.

Being north of Albany, we have had some snow flurries last Thursday and frosty days. However , the trees and changing leaves are looking great . Have a pleasant trip in the metal tube and on the road :-)
