The heat dome (as it's been called) has moved on to taunt eastern Europe. We are free, for now, from its searing grip. Already, the weather gurus are warning us: it's still early in the summer. It can return. We'll keep an eye out.
And now it's raining.
You need that rain. Glad the extreme heat is gone.
