There were supposed to ...I remember it being built. There were supposed to be more skyscrapers in the neighborhood, but the public outcry was so strong, they stopped at one. It's so lonely. The view from the top is incredible. The Eiffel Tower looks tiny. Everything looks tiny! The weather these days make good views from there.
