We had the best Saturday of the year, so far. The sun was warm, there was no wind. It was t-shirt weather and it was spectacular.
So I spent a little time outside, in the sun, sipping wine. Callie enjoyed being outside, too. I know there's cold, wet weather coming our way, but if Saturday was a sign of things to come, I'm all for it!
We've had snow the last few days......I'M SICK OF IT! You looked like you were really enjoying the rays and the wine.

Nice, you both look very happy... I miss having a yard to sit out in on sunny days.
ReplyDeleteWalt and wine, Callie and cyclamen--two nice combinations. Both of you are in your element.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're having a lovely spring day. You, Callie and the wine all look great. Here, in eastern North Carolina, it is cold, windy and raining.... but it was 70 degrees a few days ago, and I know that spring will come soon and with a vengence
ReplyDeleteDo you think that statue in Amboise could be the likeness of Leonardo da Vinci, who lived the last years of his life in nearby Clos Lucé?
ReplyDeleteThey are calling for 6-10 inches of snow in DC! I'm ready for springtime too.
ReplyDeletevictoria, I would certainly be tired of snow by now, too. Actually, I was always tired of snow by January when I lived in NY.
ReplyDeletejustin, very happy, until it got cold on Sunday!
carolyn, yup!
bettyann, I assume that's you! Can't wait for 70 degree weather here.
chm, I think it might very well be.
mark, I'm watching your forecast.
meanwhile, we have 200 inches of snow and counting!
