I'll be out of town for a few days without access to the 'net, so I'll leave you with this inspirational image:
What does it inspire in you?
Ken and Callie are staying home to guard the house. I'll be back soon with tales of my adventures. And maybe some photos.
I'm inspired to find myself a glass of vino!
ReplyDeleteHave a great trip
I'm inspired to take the dog for a walk and enjoy the sunshine.
ReplyDeleteI'm inspired to ask where the hell you're going :-)
ReplyDeleteJohn H. made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteI'm inspired to tell everybody where the hell he's going, but that is a secret!
ReplyDeleteIt all sounds terribly intrepid - adventures without access to the net. A bit like Scott of the Antarctic ? At least he's intending to come back.
ReplyDeletedays without the internet sounds both anxious to do yet blissfully more quiet
ReplyDeleteHave a pleasant trip.
My guess: to meet Obama! (Are the Obamas still over there?)
ReplyDeleteJudy
I'm inspired to go see Loulou again soon! She lives in the middle of the vineyards too -- I'd love to see them during another season.
ReplyDeleteHave a good trip!
I'm inspired to advance that the poster must have crossed the Med to watch some people hitting some tennis balls.
ReplyDeleteYou are all victims of your vivid imaginations! Obama? Tennis? Scott and the Antarctic? CHM, shall we tell them?
ReplyDeleteW. went to a perfectly prosaic place with a name that starts with a P. He'll be back tomorrow night.
Ahhhh - PARIS - lucky man. Walt takes such lovely photos I can't wait to see them.
ReplyDeleteEh bien , il est allé faire ses emplettes pour les fêtes de Pâques :-)
ReplyDeleteHey, he could just be in Poitiers...
ReplyDeleteWalt went to Paris via Loches to tell us how it is pronounced.

ReplyDeleteNadege, Betty C., you are very funny ladies! :))
ReplyDeleteOoooh! If we're in for Paris photos by Walt, I can't wait! But, wait... Ken, surely you're not sooooo used to living in France that you consider Paris to be prosaic? So, it must be Poitiers. (By the way, that's where the Chabot brothers who settled in Quebec [in the 1600s] were from.)
Judy
...or Preuilly-sur-Claise? Helping put in a floor or something? :))

Judy
ReplyDeleteI believe that you are right . He wants that yellow T-Shirt from AGI2006 Information team :-)
LOL Judy & Beaver :-) No he is not in Preuilly, and the floor is in now. Next step is plumbing. Volunteers will be offered the even more stylish AGI2008 black tailored shirt with white logo, although I do still have a bag full of the 2006 yellow for those who want a true classic item.
