That's our Hamlet! A little English Lit humor there.
Sunrise soliloquy.
The weather is changing. Rain is upon us, according to the radar. And I must venture out into it, and suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, with Tasha.

The weather here has been bizarre. 19/20°C the last few days. Warm enough to have a BBQ and great for finishing off the autumn garden projects. Back to proper weather feels right but not so much fun!
ReplyDeleteStill, back where we live in the UK there is serious flooding with closed roads and other chaos, a sadly frequent occurrence.
Walking the dog isn’t always a walk in the park. And remember: “There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.”
ReplyDelete"All's well that ends well."
ReplyDeleteHaaaa haaaaaa!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could quickly come up with something "very British" to write - but at the moment - I've got nuttin'. I was at a concert last Sunday and as I looked at the program I saw the words "Fall Concert" and I was actually going to comment about it to the two strangers sitting next to me and then I realized that even though we have been having an Indian Summer with mid to high 60-s temps - we are actually in November! Sad to know that the rains are coming tomorrow. No more pickleball for a while (I only play outside at a city park!). I would never have been able to ID the La Défense photo if you hadn't titled the photo. That has got to be on my list next trip! Is that some kind of art installation? Is that always the way it is underneath the arch?
ReplyDeleteYEAH! My comment was published ! (Mary)
ReplyDeletejean, it's been an interesting autumn. Sorry to hear of the flooding in the UK. Hopefully, all is well at your house.
ReplyDeletemitch, I read hamlet in college but have, alas, forgotten most of it.
evelyn, :)
judy, and a merry high-ho to you!
mary, I'm glad you were able to get through. I hope it stays that way!
mary, I haven't been out to la Défense in a long time, so I can't answer your question. Maybe a look a google maps will show something...
ReplyDeletemary, I just took a look at google maps and it looks like that "sail" or whatever it's called is still there!
ReplyDeleteGet thee to a pickle factory.
