Errr... make that quiche. It was yesterday's lunch, made with spinach, cheese, and little chicken nuggets. Yum!

I made the crust, Ken made the filling and took the photo.

My quiche that I made the other day, with asparagus and mushrooms and cheese, tasted better to me after a few days, for some reason :) This looks yummmmy.

Oh! In my memories on FaceBook, it just brought up the post that I did in 2012, when you two showed, on the blog, that you had gotten married a week before... so, belated happy anniversary! It was on the 10th, right?

Heehee. Not le vrai chicken nuggets, is my guess! Very tasty-looking. I have been considering baking a quiche to take to a pot luck for our pickleball annual event/meeting. Your combo might be duplicated!
