More sights from our first day in the Dordogne:

Back in Souillac (this is still Day #1 of the trip), we had seen some mighty nice windows. The first one, below, is inside a church in the center of town.


Above, one of the buildings connected to the church has a façade of neatly aligned windows of varying shapes and one set of blue shutters. Below, in la-Roque-Gageac, a building covered with vines stands out against the cliff face.

And, just for good measure, my version of the steeply-pitched rooftops in la-Roque-Gageac. The river glides silently by the cliffside as it has for a very long time.
