  1. Huzzah for Obama! I still can't believe John Howard muscled in on Obama's accommodation the other week.....

  2. We're getting ready to head down to the festivities now. I don't know if I'm more excited for Obama to be the new president or not having Bush around to muck things up. This day did not come soon enough. I'll post pics later today at www.runningwithbluesponge.com.

  7. Love that logo, Ken! Obama picked a cool logo didn't he? People were buying American flags with his picture on them. Barack rocks!

We had a fantastic trip. Cathy, our daughter got to see Obama for her second time at the Southern Ball where the Obamas and Bidens appeared!

Cathy and I saw Obama about this time last year in B'ham on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone thought Hillary was going to win at that time. Cathy and I were convinced otherwise on that day.

We saw Al Gore, Melissa Etheridge and Will i am and the Black Eyed Peas at our Green Ball.

Being on the mall with all our friends was the best part of the trip was way more fun that our Ball time.
