Today we will board our jetliner in Boston and head back to France. It's an overnight flight, and we'll touch down in Paris around 8:30 a.m. local time (2:30 a.m. Albany time) on Sunday. It's been a great two weeks full of fun, friends, family, and adventure.
State office buildings in downtown Albany, New York.
As we get back into our home routine, I'll be posting more photos from our trip. Stay tuned!
Bon voyage to both of you.
ReplyDeleteBon voyage, aussi.... and have the wet weather gear to hand on arrival!
ReplyDeleteIt should be dry for your arrival... but will be wet when you newly-weds get home.
Talk about an adventure! "Congratulations" just doesn't seem adequate, but please add ours to your stack of best wishes. (Oh, we just love seeing young couples starting out!) Gene and Victoria
ReplyDeleteWhat an adventure it was! Love today's photo of your hometown. Bonne route.
ReplyDeleteWow, Albany looks like the setting for some kind of futuristic sci-fi action movie.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet it was great traveling to the U.S. together, too, for a change :) In the end, is everything arranged for you to get your parents' birth certificates? (That wasn't for the marriage, right... it's for the French side of things?) Safe flying!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing trip it's been for you both! I wish our country wasn't so big so we could have seen you. The blogs help a lot to keep all of your friends connected with you. Candy and I had lunch yesterday and talked about you and Ken and how happy we were for you. Safe travels back home.
ReplyDeleteSafe travels. Look forward to seeing more photos of your great trip :-)
ReplyDeleteBon voyage, mes amis. We miss you already!
ReplyDeleteL&L
Bon voyage. Bring summer back here!
ReplyDeleteSo happy for you guys -- have a great trip!
ReplyDeleteWalt,
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful picture! All those phallic symbols with the blue sky and clouds as background. Someone has an artistic eye for composition. :) I'm glad both of you enjoyed your trip to the United States.
