Our laurel hedge is flowering now.
We are taking advantage of the nice weather to work outdoors. I got some seeds planted in the garden; they're for early crops like radishes and lettuces and peas, so the cooler temperatures shouldn't hurt them. And we burned our yard waste. We had three piles under tarps all winter and now they're gone. It sure feels good to get something accomplished!
Good luck with the blood tests. I do understand that high triglycerides are often ignored-- though they are, apparently, a much better indicator of plaque buildup and reason for concern, than are overall cholesterol levels.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
I hope your studying pays off! We need to keep our tickers in good shape- they have work to do all the time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo. I never knew laurel had such lovely flowers, hedges are often just taken for granted.
