The grass is nice and green this year because of all the rain we've had.
I dug out a foundation and filled it with sand so that it would be stable. Everything shifts over time, I suppose. As it turns out, we don't use this grill much any more. It's pretty far from the kitchen, which is upstairs and on the front side of the house. These days we use the little electric grill on the deck a lot more. I've already used it once this spring.
The grass looks great, though :)
ReplyDeleteThank goodness you were able to steady the grill before Callie or Bertie came to any harm.
ReplyDeleteGood news out of the Palais Bourbon! Time to update your "newsiness". Félicitations!

ReplyDeleteYAYZ FOR FRANCE! so much more civilised than the USA.
ReplyDeleteyour house and mine are shaped similar; a cape cod style. and you have a lovely yard for callie to run around.
Until I started reading your post, I didn't know this was your house. I don't think you've ever posted a picture of it from the back before. The religious nuts in Paris are going insane about same-sex marriage.
