Monday morning sky

Monday started out relatively calm and clear, except for a few banks of high clouds.  By mid-day the big clouds rolled in and it started raining. Toward the end of the day we had a pretty big downpour and that seemed to be the end of it. I heard no rain over night.

The sun rose behind banks of morning clouds on Monday. It was pretty.

And Tuesday's sky was just the opposite. The morning was steel gray and chilly, but as the day went on, the clouds broke up and the sun came out. It doesn't take much sun this time of year to warm things up and we were at 17º (about 60ºF) in no time.

Today is grass cutting day. I can almost see it growing out there.

  1. With those rays coming through, I think Jesus is on His way. Get your chores done early!

  4. Yes, the grass is always growing when the rain keeps coming...

  5. I can not remember when I cut grass; I remember disliking it and gladly pay someone else to do it.
Happily there is no grass here, just rocks.
