And what's up with the purple sofa?
Today, being Christmas Eve, we will make our traditional fondue savoyarde (cheese fondue) for lunch. And we'll be starting the prep for tomorrow's lunch. Ken will pick up the bird from the market this morning. He'll make broth with the giblets that will go into the cornbread stuffing. I'll make another pie and some cranberry relish (using reconstituted dried cranberries; we'll see how that goes).
For sure: you look like an angel! But I'm not singing: you're the devil in disguise :-)!
ReplyDeleteYou would have looked angelic if your eyes weren't turned to naughty.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYou WERE so cute :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a Merry Christmas Little Angel :-)
ReplyDeleteSounds wonderful. My mom made my brother an angel outfit for some pageant he probably was in for school at one point, and I used to pull it out every year and put it on for Christmas Eve because it had fake angel wings wrapped in green garland and I absolutely loved it. I've never had a desire to do drag, but I always loved wearing that outfit during Christmas. This post brought those memories out. Happy Christmas to you and Ken!

ReplyDeletejoyeux noel to all at your house; love the yogi bear on the sofa!
ReplyDeleteWell, you DID look cute dressed as an angel. Of course it helped that you already had a built-in halo. As for the couch, I want it!
