Tasha taking a nap on her little bed.
I promise (as I did ten years ago) that this will not become an all-dog blog. Still, this is what's occupying us right now; it's the current reality of our life in France. The weather is not cooperating, but we're making the best of it. It's really quite chilly outside, but they're predicting better temperatures next week. Always next week.
I've been taking Callie and Tasha outside, mostly so that Tasha can do her business, but I'm noticing that the two of them are starting to play. Callie is cautious, but Tasha is bold. She charges Callie, but then when Callie asserts herself, Tasha rolls over on her back in submission. Callie is less apprehensive and starting to enjoy the play. It won't be long, I think, until they're fast friends. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
What a little darling, she looks so contented. It's good that Tasha accepts that Callie is number one dog.
ReplyDeleteShe is adorable. I'm so glad it's all going well... except for the weather!
ReplyDeleteI don't think you could have too many photos of Tasha for me. She is so darling and interesting. It sounds as though things are going really well with Callie.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Thickethouse...simply cannot have too many photos of puppy Tasha.
ReplyDeleteYup, we won't mind a puppy-centered blog for a while!
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't mind a puppy photos either - something to cheer my day !
ReplyDeleteA puppy in the house is a 24-hour job. It is necessary if you want a real member of the family and it pays back a hundred-fold!
ReplyDeleteShe's such a gorgeous little scrap!
ReplyDeleteI remember feeling overwhelmed with love and anxiety for Lulu when she was that size, she seemed so vulnerable and dependant on us.
I'm glad Tasha and Callie are getting on and the signs are that they'll be good friends. Such a relief I expect.
Adorable! Totally adorable
ReplyDeleteDon't you love watching a puppy charge and romp? All that good play makes for nice naps. Our puppies liked to be under furniture as babies also- no danger of being stepped on that way! I'll be glad when we make our move to B'ham so that we'll get to spend more time with our granddaughter and her two dogs- Lila crawls to the door and pulls herself up to look out when the dogs go to bark. I think she feels like part of a pack.
ReplyDeleteYour puppy is fantastic
ReplyDeleteGood news that they're getting on so well.
ReplyDeleteThere's no such thing as too many puppy pix. That's why the internet was invented.
