And a clock. Both are part of the collégiale church of Saint-Sylvain in Levroux.

We had a visit from a representative of our internet service provider a couple of days ago. Now that the fiber optic line has been installed in our neighborhood, they're ready to hook us up. A technician will be here in a little over a week to do the deed. Will our internet speed be noticeably faster? Stay tuned.
I have a friend who collects gargoyle reproductions. A fun thing to collect. I sure hope you immediately notice improved speed.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't have a fibre optic connection now, how is your internet delivered? Cable?
ReplyDeleteI loved yesterday's doorway... just saw it this morning :)
ReplyDeleteIt feels like that's a jester's cap on the top of the building -- ha!
mitch, we'll find out next week!
ReplyDeleteandrew, our ADSL comes through the telephone land line.
judy, you're right, it does!
It was widely used here and I think it gave a reasonable service and speed, depending on the condition of the copper wires and importantly what the feed was like into the wires and the distance the signal had to travel in copper wires. But you both know all about tech stuff anyway.
