This "hole" in the woods leads into a ravine and to a small stream that runs down to the river. Tasha likes to sniff around this spot, but she doesn't go inside. I have gone in from another angle only to find the junk that someone once dumped in there. Otherwise, it is the realm of deer, foxes, rabbits, and who knows what other wild creatures.
Would you go inside?
The Tour de France ended with a spectacular weather day in Paris yesterday. The cyclists rode through the Cour Carrée at the Louvre and around the pyramid in the Cour Napoléon before heading toward Concorde and the Champs-Elysées. That was pretty cool. The aerial photography didn't disappoint, but I wish they had done more.
No, possibly full of snakes, scorpions, spiders and unicorns. And I don't like dumped rubbish. Much praise I am hearing about Le Tour.
ReplyDeleteI watched the end of the tour and agree more aerial shots would have been better.
ReplyDeleteI would not venture in there. Speaking of junk, we haven’t heard anything for quite awhile about the man who collects and organizes various and sundry things. Is he still around?
ReplyDeleteI probably wouldn’t go there. Oddly, when I was a kid I crawled into spots like that all the time. Am I smarter now or just a bigger chicken?
ReplyDeleteYes! Seeing the cyclists ride around inside the Louvre Courtyard was such fun just watching on tv! The few aerial shots were fantastic but it left me wanting more, more and more! No...the possibility of snakes - EEK! I would not go in there!
ReplyDeleteandrew, unicorns! I'll keep my eyes peeled.
ReplyDeletejoanna, there was one point where the station reduced the aerial shot of a famous part of Paris to a small square and put a talking head in the adjacent box. I don't even know what he was talking about. I wanted to see the pictures!
bettyann, the Artsy Organized Neighbor? I think he's still around, but I haven't ventured through his property in a while. Part of the path I usually take has grown over.
mitch, probably a little bit of both. ;)
mary, :)
Thanks!
